To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 90-day fit guarantee on all our made-to-measure products. Please read the terms and conditions below to understand how our fit guarantee policy works.
WARRANTY TERMS
COVERAGE
Our 90-day fit guarantee covers any manufacturing defects and incorrect foot fitting. If you encounter any issues with your 3D Fit Shoes’s footwear within 90 days of purchase, we will replace them.Â
CONDITIONS
To qualify for the warranty, the following conditions must be met:
- The shoes must have been used under normal conditions and not subjected to excessive wear or abuse.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The shoes must be destroyed by cutting them both in the upper part.Â
- Please send a picture showing the shoes have been destroyed.
PROCESS OF WARRANTY
If you believe your shoes qualify for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@3dfit.shoes with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- Our team will evaluate your claim and determine if it falls under the 90-day Fit Guarantee.
- If your claim is approved, you will need to destroy the shoes you have in hands to receive a replacement. This involves cutting the upper part of the shoe. Watch the video below to see step-by-step instructions if you have any questions.
- Take clear photos of the destroyed shoes and send them to our customer service team in a follow up email.
- Once we receive proof of destruction and evaluate if it complies with the 90-day fitting guarantee, we will process your replacement order.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The destruction of the shoe upper is a requirement to evaluate the 90-day fitting guarantee.
- Only one replacement per purchase is allowed under the 90-day fitting guarantee.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
