Bilateral rigid hallux varus is a challenging and uncommon foot deformity. The big toe curves in the opposite direction, making it difficult for regular shoes to accommodate it without causing discomfort or friction. Our fully custom shoes are designed to provide a comfortable fit for the big toe, without any discomfort or friction areas. Furthermore, our custom shoes have the appearance of a stylish sneaker.

A client with severe rigid supination in their right foot had difficulty finding a shoe that would not cause pain on the lateral side of their ankle. The excessive supination puts pressure on the shoe fabric against their skin. 3D fit shoes take all of this into consideration. For this client, we have designed a shoe that provides enough space for their ankle and has an anatomical cut under the lateral malleolus to reduce discomfort.

A significant deformity in the rearfoot along with a large midfoot area was found only in the left foot of the patient. This made it almost impossible to find a single shoe model that could fit both feet comfortably. Our 100% custom shoe is designed to provide the correct angle for the rearfoot and enough space for the midfoot on the left side while maintaining a similar appearance to the right (regular) side. It's a big challenge to deliver a good fit and stylish shoes, but we have managed to achieve both.

This particular client has a history of polio, resulting in deformities in her foot and leg. She has a 3cm difference in leg length and a wide rearfoot, making it challenging to find shoes that fit properly and look aesthetically pleasing. However, we were able to create a well-fitting and visually appealing shoe that accommodated her unique foot anatomy and corrected her leg length difference.
