This particular client has a midfoot varus deformity that results in a curved lateral midfoot area and a very high top of the foot. Regular shoes tend to fit tightly on the top and press the lateral area of the fifth metatarsal, causing discomfort. However, our fully custom-made shoes have enabled the client to have a comfortable and attractive shoe that accommodates the deformity. The best part is that other people don't even realize it.

This client has a condition called adult acquired flat feet, which has resulted in their feet taking on a "C" shape. It is difficult to find comfortable shoes that can accommodate both of these deformities. In this case, it was necessary to create custom-made shoes that could accommodate the "C" shape on the lateral border while still allowing for enough space in the navicular area to support the dropped arch.
