3D Fit shoes are made in our technologically advanced factory in São Paulo, Brazil. Our factory consists of 200 custom-made 3D printers with an end-to-end digital solution and design protocols optimized with machine learning. You can read more about it by clicking “About Us” on our website.
Inside the box that your custom-made shoes came in, you will find 1mm thick spacers. You will also find, inside your shoe, beneath the insole, a 1mm thick spacer. After trying on your shoe, if it feels tight, simply remove one of the spacers. If your shoe feels loose and you prefer a tighter fit, insert one or more spacers under your insole.
To request a warranty for your footwear, you need to send an email to contact@3dfit.shoes. If an adjustment has not been made previously, it will be offered and the footwear will be adjusted accordingly. However, in case an adjustment has already been made, you will need to proceed with the payment for a second adjustment. If you do not wish to bear the costs of the second adjustment, you will need to fill out and sign the form sent by 3D Fit Shoes for consent. Once you have filled out the form, you will need to send a video of the destroyed footwear as shown in this video. If the destruction of the footwear is as per the guidelines, you will receive an email confirming the refund.
After you place your order and send your scan, it takes 5 days to manufacture your made-to-measure shoes. We will provide you with a tracking code to follow the delivery of your order.
Once we obtain a foot scan, we design a last following the foot’s shape. Then, we manufacture all the other components of the shoe based on the form of the last. For precise measurements, we take the help of digital cutting machines and 3D printers to ensure that all the parts fit together perfectly. If you wish to learn more about the manufacturing process, please visit our website and access the “Process of Manufacturing” section.
Yes, regardless of how your feet are, both shoes will be made with the measurements and information collected from the scan done on our app and order form.

Is there a limit to how often I can request adjustments on my custom-made shoes?

If more than one pair of made-to-measure shoes is purchased, the shipping will be done separately. You will receive more than one package at your home, each containing one pair.
For fabric (knit) shoes, clean them with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. For leather shoes, use a damp cloth to gently wipe the leather surface. Avoid soaking your made-to-measure shoes.
