2. PRODUCT AND SERVICE DETAILS

2.1 Product Description:

3D Fit Shoes offers custom-made footwear tailored to the precise dimensions of each customer’s feet. Our shoe models feature uppers made from high-quality materials such as knit, leather, or a combination of both. The midsoles are available in either 3D-printed materials or leather. Each shoe is crafted based on the unique last, which is created from the customer’s foot scan.

2.2 Scanning Process:

The scanning process is facilitated through our proprietary app, currently available only for iPhone X or above. The app utilizes the TrueDepth camera to capture accurate measurements of the user’s feet.

2.3 First Stage of Scanning:

Users are required to position their iPhone against a wall to ensure stability. The user must take precautions to prevent the phone from falling forward. 3D Fit Shoes is not responsible for any damages to the phone resulting from falls during this process. Users are also instructed to hold onto a stable surface while lifting one leg for the scan. 3D Fit Shoes is not liable for any injuries resulting from falls during this stage.

2.4 Second Stage of Scanning:

The user must sit down and place the phone on the floor, positioning their foot over the device to scan the plantar surface. 3D Fit Shoes is not responsible for any damages if the user accidentally steps on the phone during this process.

2.5 App Usage Requirements:

During the scanning process, users are also required to take a photograph of their feet alongside a card of similar size to a credit card. If a credit card is used, we strongly recommend that users cover the sensitive information with tape to protect their privacy.

3. ORDERING PROCESS

3.1 Placing Orders:

Orders can only be placed through our official website: http://www.3dfit.shoes

To place an order, customers must:

Browse and select a shoe model they like.
Choose the desired color.
Select a shoe size (note: this size is only used as a reference; the actual shoe will be custom-made to the customer’s precise measurements).
Proceed to checkout and make the payment.

Upon successful payment, customers will receive a confirmation email. A second email will be sent containing a link to a 2-minute form that must be completed to provide us with essential details about the customer’s feet. This email will also include a link to download our app if the customer hasn’t done so already.

3.2 Payment Methods:

3.3 Financing Options:

PayPal offers a “Buy Now, Pay Later” option for eligible customers.

3.4 Order Confirmation and Processing Times:

Order processing will begin once the customer completes the form and provides the necessary foot scan data through our app.

After receiving all required information, it will take up to 1 business day to process the order, provided that all the information is correct.

Once processing is complete, manufacturing of the custom shoes will take approximately 5 business days.

On the 6th business day, the shoes will be picked up by FedEx for shipping. Shipping times within the USA may take up to 5 business days.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping Method:

All orders are shipped via FedEx, with shipping costs included in the price of each shoe for orders within the USA.

4.2 Shipping Costs:

Shipping is free for all orders within the USA.

For shipments outside the USA, a flat rate of $40 USD applies.

4.3 Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery time within the USA is 5 business days, provided there are no unforeseen delays during transit.

*3D Fit Shoes is not responsible for any delays that occur during shipping.

4.4 Shipping Origin:

All packages are shipped from our facility in São Paulo, Brazil.

4.5 Order Splitting:

If a customer’s total order value exceeds $800 USD, the order will be split into separate shipments, each valued at less than $800 USD. As a result, customers may receive several packages.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Return Conditions:

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

– Damaged goods

– Incorrect orders

– Manufacturing defects

– If the shoe’s fit is incorrect

5.2 Replacement Option:

If a customer is not satisfied with the fit of their custom-made shoes, they can request one adjustment. We will then manufacture and send them a brand new pair of shoes with the requested modifications, provided that they destroy the first pair and send us video or photographic proof of the destruction. Shipping for the replacement shoe is included for orders within the USA.

If the customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement, they must follow the destruction process for the original shoes.

5.3 Return Process:

Customers who wish to return or replace their shoes are required to destroy the shoes by cutting up the uppers using scissors. They must then provide video or photographic confirmation of the destruction.

Important: 3D Fit Shoes is not responsible for any injuries incurred during the destruction process. Customers are encouraged to seek assistance from a friend or family member if needed.

Upon verification that the shoes have been adequately destroyed, a refund or replacement process will be initiated.

5.4 Refund Policy:

All shoes come with a 90-day guarantee or money-back policy. The 90-day period begins when delivery confirmation is received from FedEx.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after 3D Fit Shoes has received video or picture confirmation of the destruction of the shoe and confirmed that the destruction is adequate.

No fees are associated with refunds.

5.5 Exceptions and Exclusions:

Any requests made after the 90-day guarantee period will not be accepted.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 Providing Accurate Information:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided, including foot measurements and details submitted through the form, is accurate and up to date. Any inaccuracies may affect the fit and quality of the custom-made shoes.

6.2 Proper Use of the Scanning App:

Customers must follow all instructions provided within the app during the scanning process. Key guidelines include:

– Keep the phone vertical and secure it to prevent it from falling.

– While scanning, the person should be holding on to something, and the foot that’s not being scanned should be lifted up as shown in the instructions.

– Ensure that all steps in the scanning process are completed correctly to facilitate accurate shoe fitting.

Important: 3D Fit Shoes is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur if the instructions are not followed properly.

6.3 Care and Maintenance of Shoes:

The custom-made shoes are designed for daily wear. However, they should not be used in extreme conditions or scenarios that could cause damage.

Shoes should be washed by hand and left to air dry in the sun.

6.4 General Conduct:

Customers are expected to interact with 3D Fit Shoes and its services in a respectful and responsible manner. This includes providing truthful information, following care instructions, and adhering to return and refund policies.

Any misuse of the services, such as providing false information or using the app or shoes in ways not intended, may result in a refusal of service or warranty claims.

In no event shall the liability of 3D Fit Shoes exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question, with a maximum cap of $400 USD.

Any legal actions or proceedings related to these terms must be brought exclusively in the courts located in São Paulo, Brazil.
